Gift Card Policy
Gift cards may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card.
Cancellation Policy
To best serve all of our guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes whenever possible. If an appointment is missed without communication and we’re unable to reach you by call or text, a $50 no show fee will be charged to the card on file used when scheduling the appointment.
Thank you for understanding. In the event you do need to cancel, we have several ways to contact us even during non-business hours including leaving a voicemail, sending us a text, and using the contact form on our website. We are excited to find a middle ground for both the appreciation of our guests and understanding that life happens, and for our stylists to know that their time is valued.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied or there is a defect with a product purchased at Tangerine, please return your product within 14 days of purchase for a store credit.
Color Bookings
If you’re interested in booking a new color service, please fill out our online color consultation form instead. Once the form has been completed, a member of our guest service team will reach out to you to schedule your appointment.
Handle With Care
We strive to create a relaxing, comfortable and rejuvenating experience for each guest in our salon. Children are welcome for services at Tangerine, but please be advised we expect all kids to be well-behaved and well-attended to ensure the services of all our guests are not disrupted. We respectfully request you to find arrangements for your children during appointments if they do not have services.
