As of June 1st 2023, we are simplifying our points system: once you have saved up 350 points you will be able to redeem $20 off your ticket, either service or product. Services no longer need to be prebooked!
How it works:
You will earn 1 point per dollar spent for your scheduled services such as haircuts, spa services, brow waxes, and blow-outs/finishes. You will earn points after every check-out for eligible services. *Exclusions apply*
We encourage you to download our app, Pocket Salon, with the email we have on file to stay up to date with your Loyal Points totals. Here you are also able to view all your upcoming appointments and even check in and check out from your phone during your appointment, if preferred. The points are also included in your emailed receipts so please make sure we have your email at check-out.
Please note, if you are currently receiving a service at a discounted price, you will not be eligible for the Loyal Points System.
